Boral Cement is seeking a proactive Allocator based at North Ryde, NSW to manage orders and schedules for a fleet of 130 trucks across NSW.

You will coordinate deliveries, track stock with our systems, and collaborate with production, sales and transport to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This full-time role offers stability and opportunities to grow within Boral.

Competenze

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fast thinker with solid planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in logistics, allocations, freight or dispatch preferred.
• NHVR fatigue management knowledge a plus.

Based at our North Ryde office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW — working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Your day will involve:

• Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.

What are we looking for?

• A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
• Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
• Experience in logistics, allocations, freight, or dispatch is a bonus
• Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management is a plus — training provided if not!
