We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Regional Concrete Team. This dynamic role offers you the chance to plan driver schedules in line with customer orders while gaining broad exposure to our concrete operations.

This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and delivers exceptional customer service. The position can be based in Mugga, ACT or Newcastle, NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems, with excellent problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Plan driver schedules in line with customer orders.
• Manage concrete allocations and perform service administration tasks.
• Handle high-volume calls and book orders, then follow up on deliveries.
• Chase job completions and plan next day schedules.
• Roster and communicate with customers to confirm orders and timely delivery.
