Job summary

About Velflex
Velflex is a growing, customer-focused business supplying specialist products and equipment to
customers across Australia.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn to join our team.
You don't need to know everything — we'll teach you our products, systems and processes and help you grow into the role.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role covering customer service, order processing, dispatch and basic product support.

You'll be responsible for:

Answering customer enquiries by phone and email.

Managing our Sales Inbox and processing web and customer orders.

Providing friendly, professional customer service.

Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately.

Processing returns and assisting with stock discrepancies.

Providing basic product and technical support, including Hotronix heat presses.

Supporting the sales team with follow-ups, leads and quotes.

Learning our products and systems, including NetSuite.

Helping wherever needed — we operate with a "one in, all in" approach.
