This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting internal sales activity and coordinating effectively with production, service, and logistics teams.
You’ll manage customer relationships end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support and play a vital role in converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, counter, and social media
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently explain options, specifications, pricing, and lead times
Prepare, issue, and follow up accurate quotes with strong attention to detail
Proactively follow up warm leads to maximise conversion
Handle parts enquiries and process orders when required
Provide high-quality after‑sales support, including service, rework, and warranty enquiries
Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed orders
Upsell and cross‑sell accessories and upgrades where appropriate
Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order records in CRM and internal systems
Assist with invoicing, deposits, payments, and related documentation
Technical & Service SupportManage technical service calls and escalated where required
Coordinate customer communication regarding servicing, repairs, and rework
Support warranty claims and service bookings
Administration & SystemsComplete general administrative tasks, data entry, and record maintenance
Maintain accurate customer files and documentation
Operations & Team SupportAssist with booking and coordinating freight
Work closely with production, workshop, service, and management teams
Provide general office coverage including reception, phones, and shared rosters
Support the wider team during peak periods or leave coverage

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities
Competent with CRM systems, invoicing software, email, and MS Office
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, marine, or trailer industries
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Customer-focused with a friendly, professional approach
Sales-driven with a natural ability to close enquiries
Reliable, proactive, and self‑motivated
Team‑oriented with a hands‑on, adaptable attitude
