Remer Pty Ltd is a growing Australian-owned business specializing in bathroom and home products. We are seeking a reliable, organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Officer to join our Dandenong South facility.

You will support customers through the order process, coordinate dispatches and work closely with sales, warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong ERP & MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Process orders accurately and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and delivery paperwork.
• Arrange freight bookings and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with transport providers, customers and internal teams on logistics.
