Insync Recruitment Group is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for international freight based in Sydney. You will manage client portfolios, prepare quotes, and oversee end-to-end import/export orders, including air and ocean freight.

The role emphasizes clear communication, proactive updates to customers, and close collaboration with operations and clearance teams to ensure smooth logistics flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in local International Freight Forwarding.
• CargoWise experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Desire for a long-term career in International Freight.
• Can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
