Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a logistics professional for an established Australian-owned forwarder based in Melbourne. You will take ownership of end-to-end export air and ocean freight operations, coordinating bookings and shipments with lines, agents, and brokers.

You will invoice shipments and liaise with partners, enjoying 2 days per week of work-from-home flexibility and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in export air/ocean freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end export air and ocean freight operations.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings, scheduling and shipment movements.
• Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and customs brokers.
