Device Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a fixed-term contract, based at the Edgewater Homes site in Smeaton Grange, NSW. No prior industry experience required; full training provided; you’ll support hospitals, clinics, and providers access to the medical products they need.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple systems.
• Ability to use multiple software systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to general office administration and client inquiries.
• Coordinate customer work, workflow and scheduling to ensure timely tasks.
• Monitor client requests and respond with professional support.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and external parties.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation across systems.
• Provide post-construction customer support and warranty assistance.
