Beaumont Tiles in WA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Residential Sales team, based at our state office in Canning Vale. You will be the first contact for clients with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for internal sales representatives.

The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, exceptional customer service, and proficient Excel use. This role offers a collaborative environment with ongoing training and the option to work from home one

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Builders via phone and email.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate client and job records; data entry and database upkeep.
• Manage orders, delivery dates and stock allocations; coordinate with procurement, warehousing and logistics.
