Job summary

Titan Containers Pty Ltd at Luscombe depot on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused professional who blends sales support with logistics coordination to deliver outstanding service. Based on-site at Luscombe, you will work with the depot manager and national sales teams to manage contracts, bookings and customer accounts, coordinate deliveries and events, and keep internal systems up to date.

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys sales, organisation and variety in your day? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role with TITAN Containers, a global leader in container solutions.

Based at our Luscombe depot and Self-Storage site, you’ll work closely with the Depot Manager and national sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service, support sales growth, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’ll play an important role in managing our customer experience on-site — you’ll be the go‑to person for customers on‑site, and a key link between on‑line sales, operations and logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be providing an amazing customer experience.

Your day could include:

Managing contracts, bookings and customer accounts.

Coordinating deliveries, collections and transport.

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Supporting our self‑storage operations and customers.

Helping coordinate customer projects and events.

Keeping HubSpot CRM and our internal systems accurate and up to date.

Supporting reporting, stock coordination and business development activity.

Working closely with our sales, depot, transport and accounts teams.

Looking for better ways of doing things and helping improve our processes.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and great with people.

You might currently be working in customer service, sales support, account coordination, logistics, transport, equipment hire or a similar environment.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

Enjoys talking to customers and building relationships.

Has a natural ability to understand customer needs and find solutions.

Is confident, professional and clear in their communication.

Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Is confident using office technology.

Has experience with HubSpot or another CRM — desirable but not essential.

Has a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.

Experience in transport, logistics, container hire, self‑storage, equipment hire, construction or another industrial environment would be advantageous.
