Budget Direct is seeking Customer Service Consultants for our North Lakes office to support customers through their insurance journey with empathy and efficiency. You will help customers from first contact to resolution and guide renewal decisions, showcasing the value of staying with Budget Direct.

This permanent, full-time role includes a 12-week onboarding, a dynamic rotating roster, and a generous incentive scheme, with a start date in November 2026 and a focus on growth and wellbeing.

We're looking for Customer Service Consultants who will support our customers through their insurance journey with unparalleled empathy and efficiency. What you\'ll be doing:

Manage customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to resolution

You will support customers approaching renewal, guide them through their options, and empower them to make confident decisions about their cover.

You will identify opportunities to improve policies, address any concerns or questions, and showcase the value of staying with a trusted provider.

Working collaboratively with your team and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture

Meeting KPIs including quality assurance, customer retention and Net Promoter Score

Important Information (Please Read Before Applying):

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme

Location: An engaging, in-office role based at our modern North Lakes office (free staff parking provided)

Start Date: Monday, 2 November 2026

Working Hours: Dynamic rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus 1 Saturday shift every 3 or 4 weeks.

Training Program: All successful candidates will be onboarded into a structured 12-week training program commencing on the start date. Please note that this program runs across the Christmas period, and as such, leave will not be approved during this time, with the exception of gazetted public holidays. We ask that you plan any personal commitments around this requirement prior to applying.
