Auto & General is seeking a Head of Site Coordinator to lead the North Lakes site across four buildings. You will supervise a Receptionists team, engage with senior leaders and external vendors, and coordinate site visits, events and engagement initiatives for 1000+ staff.

You will drive KPIs, budgets and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, compliance and an excellent visitor experience at all times.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and people-focused individual to join our North Lakes team as Head of Site Coordinator.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the North Lakes site across four buildings, leading and managing a team of Receptionists to ensure a high standard of service for all visitors and employees. You will provide ‘hands on’ coordination for North Lakes, working closely with your reception team and key stakeholders to ensure a high standard of reception and administrative support for existing and new employees. The Head of Site function plays a key role in driving inclusiveness and engagement across North Lakes.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads and external vendors, coordinating site visit requests, managing correspondence and communication boards, and facilitating meetings and briefings that contribute to the overall strategic intent of Head of Site.. You will also plan and execute site-wide events, catering and corporate celebrations for 1000+ staff, whilst developing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that promote open communication, work-life balance and recognition. To support the ongoing success of the site, you will review KPIs, performance metrics and budgets to drive continuous improvement, whilst coordinating training programmes and maintaining compliance in line with company policies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, develop and manage a team of Receptionists, fostering a high standard of service delivery for all visitors and employees
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and external vendors. Coordinate internal site visit requests, including call listening sessions and stakeholder introductions
• Events & Employee Engagement: Plan, coordinate and execute site-wide events, corporate celebrations and team activities across four buildings for a workforce of 1000+ employees
• Performance & Reporting: Review KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders
• Site Operations & Management: Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the North Lakes site across four buildings. Conduct regular site walk-throughs and inspections to uphold safety, compliance and presentation standards
