Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact for customers across Australia. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process sales orders, and collaborate with store managers, manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

The role is full-time with weekend work on a rotating roster in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales.
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and urgency to achieve results.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a busy call centre preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders.
• Regular communication with Stratco team members including store managers.
• Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery.
• Reporting customer service related activities to the Customer Relations Manager.
• Participate in regular product and sales training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role! Duties will include:
