Job summary

DOOLEYS Group is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to deliver premium hospitality experiences to members and guests. This hands-on role spans Food & Beverage and Gaming, with responsibilities across greeting, service, cash handling and gaming support.

You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that rewards outstanding service and professionalism. RSA/RCG certification is required or obtainable prior to commencement.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/gaming experience preferred in clubs, pubs or similar venues.
• RSA and RCG certifications required or willingness to obtain before start.
• Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and build rapport across diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver exceptional table service in food & beverage outlets and RSA-compliant drinks.
• Operate cashier tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in gaming areas, including poker machine service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance.

Offering an hourly rate from $31.43per hour (Mon-Fri) and $47.14per hour (Sat) and $55.00(Sun).

The DOOLEYS Group consists of two Clubs and a Gym in Western Sydney and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a premium hospitality experience to our valued members and guests. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will work across multiple departments including Food & Beverage and Gaming.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Warmly greeting members and guests and building rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds
• Delivering exceptional table service in our food and beverage outlets
• Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
• Operating cashier tills and handling transactions accurately
• Assisting in Gaming areas, including poker machine service
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
• Ensuring adherence to operational procedures and responsible service standards

About You

We are looking for hospitality/gaming professionals who genuinely enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous hospitality/gaming experience (clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes or similar fast-paced venues highly regarded)
• A strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A positive, professional and friendly attitude
• The flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

A current RSA and RCG is required (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
