Job summary

DOOLEYS Clubs in Sydney is seeking a part-time Customer Service Attendant to deliver premium hospitality to members and guests across Food & Beverage and Gaming. This hands-on role requires engaging with diverse customers, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining high standards of presentation.

You will work across multiple departments with a friendly, professional attitude, supporting RSA/RCG compliance and a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/gaming experience in fast-paced venues is highly regarded
• Strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive, professional and friendly attitude
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

The DOOLEYS Group consists of two Clubs and a Gym in Western Sydney and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a premium hospitality experience to our valued members and guests. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will work across multiple departments including Food & Beverage and Gaming.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Warmly greeting members and guests and building rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds
• Delivering exceptional table service in our food and beverage outlets
• Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
• Operating cashier tills and handling transactions accurately
• Assisting in Gaming areas, including poker machine service
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
• Ensuring adherence to operational procedures and responsible service standards
