The role involves serving tables, making cocktails, and helping guests enjoy our gaming experiences in a fast-paced venue. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar setting, outstanding guest service, RSA certification, and the ability to multitask across busy shifts, including

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Experience as a bartender is advantageous.
• Experience servicing large crowds.
• Confidence in handling guest complaints & resolutions.
• RSA certificate is required.
• Working with Children Check required before employment.
• High energy with the ability to multitask & adapt.
• Excellent personal presentation & a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
• Full ongoing rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables and assist guests with their needs.
• Make cocktails and support bar service as required.

About the Role

Ideal Candidates Must Have:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced food & beverage environment is essential
• Outstanding guest service skills
• Experience as a bartender will be an advantage
• Experience servicing large crowds of up to 1000 people
• Confidence in handling guest complaints & resolutions
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• A valid Working with Children Check (this must be obtained before employment commences)
• High energy with the ability to multi-task & adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent personal presentation & a positive "can do" attitude
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays
