We are currently seeking motivated, reliable and customer-focused Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our hospitality group, with multiple positions available across our established pub venues in Sydney's Inner West.

About the Role

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for our patrons while ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and gaming facilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service.

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Assisting patrons with gaming operations and general enquiries.

Processing cash, EFTPOS and gaming-related transactions accurately.

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue.

Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG and AML/CTF obligations.

Following venue procedures, operational standards and management directions.

What We're Looking For

Valid NSW RSA certification.

Valid NSW RCG certification.

Advanced RCG (ARCG) certification or willingness to obtain.

AML/CTF training through AUSTRAC, or willingness to complete the required training.

Previous experience in hospitality, pubs, bars, gaming or a similar customer service environment.

Alternatively, demonstrated transferable skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good cash-handling skills and attention to detail.

Previous gaming experience is highly regarded but not essential for applicants with relevant transferable skills.

Availability Requirements

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong and flexible availability.

Our venues operate across extended trading hours, and successful candidates must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including:

Morning and daytime shifts.

Afternoon and mid shifts.

Evening and late-night shifts.

Overnight shifts.

Weekends and public holidays.

Applicants with broad availability, particularly for late-night, overnight and weekend shifts, will be highly regarded.
