Plascorp in Pinkenba, Brisbane, is seeking a motivated customer service professional to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide friendly support by phone and email, and help ensure a smooth experience from quote through delivery.

This entry-level friendly role offers on-the-job training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive team in a specialist manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers via phone and email.

• Provide end-to-end sales support – process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure appropriate paperwork is complete.
• Effectively manage freight processes – ensure transport details, lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively.

Duties

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills – the ability to manage competing responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
