Jotun Australia is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Derrimut, VIC, to process and verify customer orders, manage documentation, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries.

We are now inviting applications from interested candidates for a Customer Service Administrator position, based in Derrimut, VIC.

• Process and verify the accuracy of customer orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure Jotun's on-time delivery performance objectives are achieved.
• Receive and enter orders for collection or delivery, ensuring proper document flow control.
• Follow up with the warehouse regarding customer delivery enquiries and reports.
• Dispatch invoices and credit notes to customers and follow up to ensure they are received in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry of inventory transactions.
• Verify, enter and review system pricing against customer purchase orders and sales orders, attaching relevant supporting documentation where required.
• Process customer returns in accordance with Jotun's Guidelines and Procedures.
• Ensure order information is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
• Resolve customer and partner invoice enquiries and discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to resolve disputed credit items.
• Ensure all exception and promotional customer pricing complies with Jotun's guidelines.
• Log customer complaints in the company's customer complaint database
