Job summary

Jotun Australia is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Derrimut, VIC, to process and verify customer orders, manage documentation, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will handle invoicing, returns, pricing checks, and customer enquiries, while working closely with Finance and other teams. The role rewards initiative, strong communication, and a commitment to accurate data and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders to support on-time delivery goals.
• Receive and enter orders for collection or delivery with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Finance to resolve delivery, invoicing, and pricing issues.
• Dispatch invoices, credit notes and manage documentation flow.
• Handle customer returns per company procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Log customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolutions.
