Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join our team on the Gold Coast, Stapylton location. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and orders, and coordinate delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work within a collaborative team, identify new sales opportunities, and support External Sales Representatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or account coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotations and processing orders with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders, ensuring high-quality service.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery requirements through internal systems.
• Respond to enquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play an important role in supporting existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The Role Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Preparing and following up quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Processing customer orders and coordinating delivery requirements through internal systems.
• Responding to enquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, lead generation and customer follow-ups.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
