Job summary

Sharp & Carter in Stapylton, Queensland, is seeking an Internal Sales professional to own customer inquiries from initial contact through to delivery. You will join a collaborative team and manage quotations, process orders and coordinate delivery using internal systems for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and taking ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play an important role in supporting existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders, ensuring a high level of customer service.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Location:Stapylton
