Job summary

Talent Solution Partners Pty Ltd in Sydney is partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion and lifestyle house to find a commercially driven Sales & Service Manager for its Bondi Junction store. Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead the Sales & Service function, drive sales performance and customer connection while developing a high-performing team of about 70 people.

This role offers global exposure within a growing international business and a premium customer journey

• Experience leading teams in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with sales leadership capability.
• Passion for customer experience and relationship building.
• Confidence coaching and developing large teams.
• Ability to balance business priorities with service excellence.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail leadership roster, including weekends, openings and closings.
