You will own boutique performance, drive sales, nurture client relationships, and foster a positive culture across a close-knit team. A strong luxury fashion background is advantageous, with global mobility opportunities likely.

On behalf of our client, a globally recognised luxury fashion house, we are delighted to be partnering with them to appoint an accomplished Boutique Director for their Bondi Junction boutique.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join one of the world’s most exciting and sought-after luxury brands, leading a high-performing boutique and delivering an elevated client experience synonymous with the brand’s global reputation.

We are looking for a commercially astute and inspiring retailer who combines strong business acumen, operational excellence and a genuine passion for people and client experience.

As Boutique Director, you will take ownership of the boutique’s commercial performance and day-to-day operations, while creating a world-class environment where both clients and team members feel valued, inspired and engaged.

You will be a natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team, foster a positive and collaborative culture, and drive performance with energy and authenticity. A strong background in premium or luxury fashion is advantageous; however, we are equally interested in your leadership capability, commercial mindset and ability to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will lead a small, close-knit team and play an important role within the wider Australian and global retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

Proven senior-level retail management experience, ideally within premium, luxury or high-end retail
