Qualifications

Experience in customer service, order processing, warehouse, or logistics roles.
Strong experience using ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
Exposure to Dangerous Goods handling and safety culture.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders through ERP system and provide confirmations, quotes, and status updates.
Manage customer POs and ensure accurate system entry; proactively communicate delays and updates.
Receive, inspect, and process stock movements; pick, pack, and ship goods; maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with freight providers to ensure timely deliveries and prepare shipping documentation.
Assist with returns (RMA) and service coordination; support POD management.
Operate forklifts in line with licensing and safety requirements; promote MST safety culture.
