Job summary

MST Global is seeking a versatile Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage orders from entry to dispatch, while supporting warehouse activities and freight coordination. You will work with customers, freight providers, internal teams, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, order processing, warehouse, or logistics roles.
  • Strong experience using ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current Forklift Licence or willing to obtain.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP systems.
  • Exposure to Dangerous Goods handling.
  • Adequate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders through the ERP system.
  • Provide order confirmations, quotations, and status updates.
  • Manage customer purchase orders and ensure accurate system entry.
  • Proactively communicate delays, lead times, and delivery updates.
  • Resolve order discrepancies (pricing, quantities, delivery issues, etc.).
  • Support customer enquiries with product and order information.
  • Assist with returns (RMA) and service coordination where required.

Job description

Introduction

This is a diverse role that combines customer service, order processing, warehouse operations, and freight coordination. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry through to dispatch and invoicing, while also supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.


You will work closely with customers, freight providers, internal sales teams, supply chain, engineering, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery outcomes.

Description


Customer Service & Order Processing


  • Process customer orders through the ERP system

  • Provide order confirmations, quotations, and status updates
