Job summary

OSW Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Erskine Park team. This hands-on role ensures orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time while keeping the warehouse safe, tidy and efficiently organised.

You will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving stock, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. A forklift licence and experience are preferred, and you will work with a close-knit team to maintain high standards of accuracy and

  • Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
  • Complete allocated tasks within required timeframes.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team.

This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Operations Manager and Operations 2IC, you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receiving stock, picking and packing orders, dispatch, inventory control and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the correct products are dispatched against sales orders
  • Receive incoming stock and assist with unloading deliveries
  • Check incoming goods against relevant documentation
  • Store and organise stock in the correct warehouse locations
  • Assist with stocktakes and inventory counts
  • Maintain accurate stock movements and warehouse records
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift where required
  • Assist customers and work closely with other team members
  • Keep warehouse, pallet and work areas clean, safe and organised
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Wear and maintain required PPE and safety equipment
  • Follow instructions from the Operations team and complete allocated tasks within required timeframes
  • Raise any operational, stock or safety issues with your manager promptly
About You
  • Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
  • Experience with picking, packing, receiving and dispatch
  • A current forklift licence and counterbalance forklift experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong focus on safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to perform physical and manual handling duties
  • A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work
