Job summary

KC Equipment is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Centre's day-to-day operations and coordinate service jobs across the Queensland region. You will maintain accurate records, keep customers informed and ensure completed work is processed efficiently.

Working closely with the Service Manager, technicians and admin teams, you’ll develop strong organisational skills, handle multiple priorities and deliver great customer service in a busy workshop environment on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or customer service.
• Experience in a workshop or technical environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, book service jobs and prepare job cards and service documentation.
• Maintain accurate job information, service records and customer communications.
• Liaise with technicians, Parts, Sales and Administration to coordinate work and information flow.
• Process completed jobs for invoicing and assist with customer payments and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain equipment servicing, calibration and other relevant records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including reporting and follow-up tasks.
