Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Project Manager in Sydney to lead customer projects from initiation to completion. The role focuses on delivering on time, within scope and budget while maintaining close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will oversee planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid, full-time setup, engaging stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects within a SaaS, software or professional services environment.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage projects within budgets and scope.
• Experience working directly with customers and internal delivery teams.
• Familiarity with waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PM certification is beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing project activities while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will work across multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, managing risks and ensuring delivery expectations are met.
