Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Dubbo team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll identify parts requirements, provide accurate advice and ensure timely order fulfilment while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll manage enquiries, process quotes and orders, and grow parts sales across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts interpreting or parts sales is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and data accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical parts advice to external and internal customers.
• Process parts enquiries, quotes, sales orders and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and proactively promote parts and service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business.
• Collaborate with warehouse, service and sales teams for timely delivery and outcomes.
• Participate in rotating on-call roster and one Saturday shift per month.
