Job summary

WesTrac in Guildford, Western Australia, is seeking a Part Sales Coordinator for a permanent full-time role. You will identify machine parts, handle enquiries and orders, and ensure timely delivery while supporting the sales team.

This customer-facing position requires strong admin skills and experience with inventory and warehouse systems; you will operate a 4 days on, 3 days off roster and contribute to efficient parts management.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience within automotive or heavy industry.
• Parts identification experience or exposure to automotive/mining/heavy equipment industries.
• Ability to manage challenging customer situations with a solution-focused mindset.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency across MF Office, inventory management and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by responding to phone and in-person enquiries.
• Accurately identify and source machine parts and coordinate timely delivery to meet customer needs.
• Process parts orders and enquiries promptly with attention to detail across systems.
• Resolve customer issues and support sales outcomes through problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
