WesTrac Cat is seeking a Parts Representative to join our Casula or Rozelle branches in Sydney, NSW. You will be the face of our parts sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with sales and service teams to support branch success.

The role involves processing orders, managing inquiries, stocktakes, and warehousing duties, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery of parts. A forklift license and interest in heavy machinery are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-level customer service role.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services.
• Good problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
• Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office and internet-based apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.

About The Opportunity

Join the WesTrac team as a Parts Representative at our Casula or Rozelle Branch! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to be the face of our parts sales operations.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our part sales operations and will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
• Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch success
• Handle inbound order calls, process data, and interpret parts requirements
• Follow up on customer inquiries to meet their needs
• Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts
