Pacific Smoke Alarms in Burleigh Heads is hiring a Customer Fanatic / Administrator to join a fast-growing, locally-owned team. You will act as the central coordinator between the office and field staff, delivering exceptional service and keeping data flows accurate and timely.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with 8:30am–4:30pm hours, and opportunities for growth within a well-established business. Immediate start is preferred for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Office administration experience with strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high computer literacy.
• Ability to record and manage information electronically; reliable transport.

Aufgaben

• Delighting clients with exceptional service.
• Selling to inbound enquiries.
• Managing and updating our customised database.
• Entering and processing work orders from property managers into the system.
• Responding to phone, email and web enquiries.
• Liaising with property managers, tenants, homeowners and technicians.
• Accurate data entry and record keeping.
• General office administration.
