Job summary

The Smoke Alarm Guys are seeking a motivated Smoke Alarm Technician to inspect, service and maintain residential smoke alarm systems across Brisbane. You will mainly work from a home base with a pre-planned schedule, delivering safe and compliant alarms while helping homeowners understand their obligations.

This autonomous field role offers a company vehicle, ongoing training, and performance bonuses within a growing Queensland service team committed to safety and professional development.

About The Role

As a Smoke Alarm Technician, you'll visit residential properties across Brisbane to inspect, service, test and maintain smoke alarm systems.

Whilst primarily based from home, your daily schedule is pre-planned by our Customer Team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every property is safe and compliant with correctly installed, safest alarms.

This is an autonomous role where you'll spend your day meeting customers, solving problems, and helping homeowners, tenants and property managers understand their smoke alarm obligations. You'll likely head to our Brisbane HQ once or twice per week.

• Conduct smoke alarm inspections and compliance assessments
• Test, service and maintain smoke alarm systems
