Job summary

EzyStrut, part of Korvest, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Bankstown, NSW. You will be the first point of contact for wholesalers and industry customers, handling inbound calls, processing orders and building lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage data, perform order entry tasks and support the sales team to shape a positive customer experience. This permanent full-time role offers growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Comfortable with a role combining customer contact and data entry/administration tasks.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, process orders and prepare quotations.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, distributors and industry customers.
• Manage customer data and order entry with accuracy and follow-through.
• Support the sales team and influence the customer experience.
