Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking a customer support advisor to assist residential customers. This is a call-centre role with inbound calls, and a focus on delivering a great customer experience. Training is provided to enable progression within the company.

You will work 8-hour shifts on a roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, up to 37.5 hours per week. Strong communication and IT curiosity will help you thrive, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and move into advanced support
