• Respond to multifaceted enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on services.
• Update and maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide high-quality customer service aligned with our vision, values and procedures.
• Provide high-level advice to build customer capability regarding products and services.
• Receipt, record and resolve customer complaints and escalated enquiries for timely outcomes.
• Perform administrative activities, including creation and updating of records, in line with privacy requirements.
