Job summary

Ashdown People in Lithgow are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract. The role offers full-time hours (35 per week) with a rotating 7am-7pm roster and potential hybrid work after training. Applicants should have 2-3 years in customer service, solid communication, and computer skills.

Salary is $38.89/hr plus Super, with NSW-based candidates preferred and a requirement for a Police Check and two references. Training and onboarding are provided to support success.

We're seeking customer service professionals with 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, retail, or contact centre environments.

Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.
