The role demands high-volume task handling, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with IBody is a plus, but not essential, and a dedication to outstanding customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume admin tasks.
• Multitasking effectively.
• Greeting customers on arrival.
• Keeping customers informed about repair progress and completion dates.
• Following up with customers to confirm satisfaction with AMA experience.
• Telephone and email correspondence.
• Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables).
• Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.
