Job summary

TCR INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Sydney Workshop, serving as the link between customers and the workshop team to ensure an exceptional service experience. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering positive customer outcomes.

You will build relationships, provide updates on equipment availability and repair progress, and bridge communication between customers and the workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service coordination, scheduling, administration, or similar role.
• Able to remain calm, positive and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.
• Speak with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide updates on equipment availability, repair progress, and service timelines.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the workshop team, sharing information clearly and managing expectations.
• Lead and participate in regular customer meetings, provide operational updates, and address customer queries.
• Prepare and share reports with customers, analyse operational data, and communicate key insights clearly.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when required.
• Support workshop leadership by maintaining timely, professional customer communication.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
