Paywise in North Sydney is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to be the first point of contact for clients using salary packaging and novated leasing services. You will guide customers with confidence through our benefits and solutions and deliver outstanding service.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage client interactions by phone, live chat, and email, conduct face-to-face meetings, and help grow our Accounts through quality assurance and amendments to arrangements.

Formación

• Experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.
• Background in a contact centre environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced service settings with teamwork and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with members.
• Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
• Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
• Participating in quality assurance projects.
