Job summary

Positive Salary Packaging is seeking a confident Customer Assist Consultant to join our expanding Operations team. This role is ideal for someone starting out in the industry and looking to grow their experience while helping Australians access smarter, fairer novated leasing and salary packaging solutions.

You will work hybrid between our Head Office in Newstead and home, handling customer enquiries by email and phone, guiding customers through account management, and ensuring issues are

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, particularly within novated leasing, salary packaging or financial services.
• Experience in developing and documenting processes and system guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce and Catch-e is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer queries via email and phone
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Guide customers through account management processes
• Address queries and resolve all issues relating to account changes, contract terms and claims processing
• Identify and investigate discrepancies with incoming, outgoing and unexpected transactions
