Job summary

O’Brien Glass Industries Limited in Perth's Kewdale is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This flexible job-share 24 hours per week offers coverage between 9am and 4pm with the two Admin Assistants coordinating hours.

You will deliver warm, professional service, handle quotes and invoices, and liaise with customers, subcontractors and suppliers using our internal systems, with a friendly, supportive team atmosphere.

Our Perth Glazing Branch in Kewdale is looking for a motivated, friendly and customer‑focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team. If you love helping people and want a role that offers genuine flexibility, balance and a positive work environment, this could be the perfect fit. This is a permanent part‑time role offering 24 hours per week, structured as a job‑share between two Admin Assistants. You’ll work to provide coverage between 9am and 4pm, and together you can choose how to split the hours — full days or shorter shifts across the week. As long as coverage is met, we’re happy for you both to organise a pattern that works for you.
