Super Sales Australia is seeking a Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator to join our onsite team in Melbourne. This role blends customer service, sales administration and content creation across our food brands.

You will handle orders, respond to inquiries, manage social media content from briefing to publishing, and help grow our online presence. Training is provided, with part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders over the phone.
• Good computer skills, including Google Sheets, Excel and email.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Creative, with an interest in filming and editing social media content.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• A team player who can work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
• Positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders over the phone and via channels.
• Communicate professionally with customers, stakeholders and stockists.
• Enter and maintain orders using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Read and respond to customer enquiries via website, email and social media.
• Create invoices and assist with general administration using MYOB.
