Click Industries in Ballarat is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join the team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will create and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, transforming customer and factory content into engaging material.

Full-time | On-site at our Ballarat factory | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

Are you creative, organised and confident turning everyday photos and videos into engaging social media content?

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team long term, working across our machinery, equipment and food trailer brands. With four locations and customers across Australia, we have plenty of products, projects and customer stories to share.

Based at our Ballarat factory, you will work with our team to keep our social channels active, grow our audiences and turn interest into enquiries.

About the role

Create and publish posts, stories and reels across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Turn photos and videos supplied daily by customers and factory staff into engaging content.

Work with our team to write captions, showcase products and share customer stories.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages, passing sales enquiries to the appropriate team.

Grow our following and encourage meaningful engagement across our social channels.

Develop our LinkedIn and Pinterest presence to attract relevant audiences and generate organic enquiries.

Help manage advertising listings on platforms including Carsales, Gumtree and Machines4U.

Keep product listings, pricing, photos and descriptions accurate and up to date.

Track content performance, audience growth and enquiries, and suggest improvements.

About you

Practical experience managing social media accounts for a business.

Confident creating reels, stories and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.

Strong writing skills, attention to detail and a good eye for engaging content.

Comfortable replying to customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Able to manage multiple brands and priorities without missing follow-ups.

Proactive and willing to contribute ideas, work with the team and learn our products.

Interested in building a long-term career with an established Australian business.

Experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, online marketplace listings or machinery and equipment marketing will be highly regarded.
