Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our store operations and help deliver outstanding service to customers. You will handle cash, assist with store fulfilment, manage enquiries, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent store experience and resolve customer issues.
• Support merchandising and in-store marketing to strengthen brand presentation.
