Qualifikationen

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals.
