Job summary

Sunco Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers at our Maroochydore location. This full-time role involves greeting customers, booking appointments, answering inquiries, and supporting both service and sales teams.

You will nurture existing customers and build new relationships while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Training and career development are provided within our award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential.
• Ability to connect with people and provide a quality customer service experience.
• Well-presented and professional presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Follow a proactive, not reactive approach.
• Work Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:30.

Responsibilities
