CBRE in Townsville is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face at the information desk and provide behind-the-scenes support to keep the centre running smoothly.

This casual role at Willows Shopping Centre offers training and mentoring, with shifts including weekends and evenings, and opportunities to engage in marketing support and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or marketing support is a plus.
• Warm, approachable and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask in a busy retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact at the Information Desk for customers and tenants.
• Support centre marketing activities, including posters, PA announcements, and displays.
• Maintain registers such as Lost & Found, mobility equipment sign-outs, and contractor logs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events and activations coordination.
• Issue gift cards and provide general administrative support.
