Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service coordination, scheduling, or administration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive communication.
• Speak with customers via phone, email and in person to update on equipment availability, repair progress, and service timelines.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring clear information sharing and expectations management.
• Lead and participate in regular customer meetings, providing updates and addressing queries.
• Prepare and share reports with customers, analyse operational data, and communicate key insights.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and address issues as needed.
• Support workshop leadership by keeping customer communication timely and solutions-focused.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
